Advantage Machining's Lightning Service

Advantage Machining excels in fast turn-around of precision-machined parts for industrial pumps and accessories, multi-geometry castings and select industrial components.

Our personnel are experienced in working with hardened steels and a variety of special metals.  They are craftsmen dedicated to turning out the finest work possible in the shortest time.  Advantage has the equipment geared to produce low volume orders quickly and accurately.  Our quality control system is designed to monitor each job step by step from set-up through production and on-time delivery to our customers.

Lightning Service

Our "lightning service" is designed to address the special needs of our customers who find themselves in a time-bind.  A portion of our production schedule is set aside specifically for emergency response to time-critical customer jobs.  We are able to process emergency orders within two days of the receipt of the order.  There is no waiting queue for your order.  If you need it we will go to work on your part the moment your order comes in.

Upon request we will gladly give you the names and phone numbers of some of our customers so that you can hear about our work in their own words.  Call us if you need that critical part in a couple days, even if, at times, that means we work over a weekend or holiday.  We are your ER (Emergency Room).
